Q: Jessie, Lerris, and Anna don't have horns. What happened?
A: They were born without them.  Jessie is naturally polled, and all the rest are descendents from her.

Q: How did you pick that name for the goat?
A: An explanation of our names is here.

Q: What is a "reverse badger?"

A: That is the name for the striped face and light belly pattern found on some goats.  For more information, look at the CAGBA patterns page

And some other discussions about angora goats and my goat experiences:

Advice about going to the show   In my admittedly-limited experience of goat shows, there are some things that have been proven sound, and my packing list keeps growing. Both the advice and the list are here.

VAGMA Annual Show and CAGBA Annual Show, Lewisburg WV, June 2004.  Results: no ribbons, but I certainly learned a lot.  My discussion on that show is here.
